I have a 2005 LLY, bone stock, except for a Banks intake. If I put on a LBZ Turbo inlet, plus isolate it to the side opening (with closed cell foam and silver insulation), plus put on the super scoop, will I serve the same function as the GM cooling solution Mr. Paynton describes? I ask, because I have already spent 300 plus bucks on the intake (before the article came out). The GM solution to overheat would cost me an additional $743.

LLY to LBZ Turbo Intake I have a 2004 GMC 2500 HD and I'm concidering installing the LBZ turbo intake. You mentioned that the duct would clear the 2004 Chevy Silverado low profile hood. Would that be the same for the GMC hood? Thanks in advance |
